CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with JMF Construction, Inc. for the 2019-2020 Citywide Manhole Adjustment Project in the amount of $101,077.92. Payable equally out of Sanitary Sewer Fund 530 and Stormwater Fund 535, Department/Agency 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5535 (Non-Capital Improvements), city project no. 1855.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the 2019-2020 Manhole Adjustment and Bollard Installation project by JMF Construction, Inc. in the amount of $101,077.92. JMF Construction, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the two companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $150,000. This project is for the adjustment of manholes that are failing or require maintenance. Payable equally out of Sanitary Sewer Fund 530 and Stormwater Fund 535, Department/Agency 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5535 (Non-Capital Improvements), city project no. 1855, requisition no. 19-99528.
