CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council approves the following temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the on sale brewer taproom license, subject to departmental approvals and any specific restrictions:                     

                                          Duluth Cider, LLC (Duluth Cider), 2307 W. Superior Street, for October 12, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of Duluth Cider, LLC for a temporary expansion of their on sale brewer taproom license was reviewed and unanimously approved by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission meeting on September 4, 2019.
