CITY PROPOSAL:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period beginning September 1^st, 2019  ending August 31, 2020, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

NOBLE POUR, LLC with Thomas Hanson 88% owner, Louis Hanson 4% owner, and Jeffrey Petcoff 4% owner as provided in Attachment A.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of Noble Pour, LLC (Noble Pour), for an on sale intoxicating liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their September 4, 2019 meeting and is recommending approval.
