RESOLUTION DESIGNATING SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 33-97.3 of the Duluth City Code, 1959, as amended, those streets and avenues or portions there of as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby designated as snow emergency routes.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to designate the streets and avenues and portions thereof that shall be snow emergency routes to which the provisions of Section 33-97.1 through 33-97.6 of the City Code shall apply. This designation will facilitate snow removal from these important arteries following heavy snow falls.
