RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES FROM LAKEVIEW COVENANT CHURCH OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF JEAN DULUTH ROAD AND GLENWOOD STREET, AT NO COST TO THE CITY.

CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Attachment 1, from Lakeview Covenant Church, a permanent easement for utility purposes over, under and across the lands described and depicted on Exhibit A to the attached Attachment 1, at no cost to the city.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility purposes over, under and across property located on the corner of Jean Duluth Rd and Glenwood St.  The acceptance and filing of this easement ensures that the city has proper rights for access to the sanitary sewer lift station and backup generator in the easement area.
