RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCLUDED BINGO PERMIT TO SAINT LAWRENCE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL #6783

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the excluded bingo event at Saint Lawrence Church on November 17, 2019 at 2410 Morris Thomas Road, Duluth as provided in Exhibit A.

                     BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that the city clerk, or the city clerk’s designee, is authorized to execute the required approval on behalf of the city.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of the Saint Lawrence Knights of Columbus Council #6783 for an excluded bingo event on November 17, 2019 at Saint Lawrence Church.
