CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A, with TKDA to provide professional engineering design and construction services for the 2020 Street Preservation project in the amount of $206,200. This is payable from Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1692.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with TKDA for professional engineering design and construction services for the 2020 Street Preservation project. This will include final design, plans and specifications, bidding services, construction survey, construction administration, and construction inspection. This project is funded by the city street sales tax and is payable from Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038, Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1692.
