CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept reimbursement monies from the State of Minnesota, acting through its commissioner of public safety on behalf of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension ("BCA"); said monies to be used to reimburse the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force members for overtime expenses incurred and allowed for their participation in the State of Minnesota's Anti-Heroin Task Force Program as more fully set forth in the Joint Powers Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the city shall serve as the fiscal agent and depository of funds generated for the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force in connection with its participation in the Anti-Heroin Task Force Program, with reimbursement monies to be deposited in Fund No. 215-200-2221-4220-02 (Duluth police grant programs, police, MN anti-heroin task force program, State of Minnesota operating) and expenses to be paid from fund numbers 215-200-2221-5447 (Duluth police grant programs, police, MN anti-heroin task force program, payment to other government agencies), and 215-200-2221-5700-10 (Duluth police grant programs, police, MN anti-heroin task force program, inter-fund transfer out to general fund).
