CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from CityView Flats, LLC, a permanent easement for utility purposes over, under, and across the lands legally described on the attached Exhibit 1, at no cost to the City.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility purposes from CityView Flats, LLC over, under, and across property located near First Avenue West between Third Street and Fourth Street, at no cost to the City. This easement area lies north and adjacent to an alley in the middle of the block.
