CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to amend agreement L30054 with CR-Building Performance Specialists, Inc., substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, for additional facility asset management software maintenance for an increase of $25,000 and a new total amount not to exceed $139,450 payable from 205-130-1220-5441-CM205-consul (parks fund, community resources, parks and recreation capital, consultants).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to agreement L30054 with CR-Building Performance Specialists, Inc. for an increase of $25,000 and a new total amount not to exceed $139,450 to continue facility asset management software maintenance.
CR-Building Performance Specialists will continue to add and update VFA facility data so that the City may use it to assist in tracking condition information. This contract increase will provide continued services to complete Tier 1 Trails and Parks included within the Facility Asset Management Program, which inventory and assessment of built park and trail infrastructure, including playgrounds, ball fields, and bridges.
The data will be used to inform City-wide long-term capital maintenance planning for the City’s system of parks and trails.
