CITY PROPOSAL:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and Sunday License for the period beginning September 1^st, 2019 ending August 31, 2020, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

UP NORTH DECARO DULUTH LLC (JORDAN DECARO 50% OWNER, ANGELO DECARO 50% OWNER)

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of Up North DeCaro Duluth LLC, for an on sale intoxicating liquor license and Sunday License has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed an application for a beer and wine license at their March, 2019 meeting and recommended approval. Applicants have submitted a revised application for an intoxicating liquor license and Sunday license.
