CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proposed specifications for the new civil service classification of signal maintenance worker (attached as Exhibit A), which were approved by the civil service board on September 3, 2019, are approved. This classification shall be subject to the city's collective bargaining agreement with its basic unit employees; and that pay range for said classification shall be Range 27, pay rate of $3,962 to $4,637 per month.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The new classification of signal maintenance worker has been created to assist with the traffic and street lighting maintenance throughout the city. The pay range negotiated for the classification is Range 27, pay rate of $3,962 to $4,637 per month.
