CITY PROPOSAL:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale wine and beer license for the period beginning September 1^st, 2019 ending August 31, 2020, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

BLUE ROCK COFFEE & WINE CAFÉ, STEVE LETNES AND RICK LAMPTON OWNERS AS INDICATED IN ATTACHMENT A.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of Superior Ales, LLC, for an on sale wine and beer license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their November, 2019 meeting where they recommended approval.
