CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to contract with Cy-Con, Inc. for the rehabilitation and repair of the HART District and Library-Depot parking ramp structures for a total amount not to exceed $187,185.00, payable as follows:
$ 69,860.00 505-015-1480-2511-5405 (Parking Fund, Public Administration, Off Street Parking - HART District Ramp, Parking Lot Maintenance)
$117,325.00 505-015-1480-2513-5405 (Parking Fund, Public Administration, Off Street Parking - Library Ramp, Parking Lot Maintenance)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Cy-Con, Inc. for the rehabilitation and repair of the HART District and Library-Depot parking ramp structures for an amount not to exceed $187,185.00.
The purpose of the project is to perform necessary structural maintenance on the referenced ramps to maximize safety and to extend the useful life of each facility.
Purchasing issued an invitation to bid on October 16, 2019 and received four bids. Cy-Con, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive bid.
