STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes an amendment to C22370 with Accruent, LLC, in the amount of $86,409.52, for five (5) additional years of software licensing, support and maintenance of the FAMIS work order system. City Property and Facilities Management uses this cloud based work order system to track all maintenance work orders by staff, building, date, nature of activity and cost of repair in in materials and staff time.  The work order system has automated features that notify requestors when work orders are complete, and helps PFM keep track of over 2,000 work requests each year. The benefits of a work order system are accountability, notifications, tracking and long-term maintenance planning and record keeping.
