CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that plans for St. Louis County project no. 0004-342005, S.A.P. 069-604-078, showing proposed alignments, profiles, grades and cross sections for the improvement of County State Aid Highway 4 (Rice Lake Road) within the limits of the city of Duluth as a state aid project, have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a county project within the city limits to make improvements to County State Aid Highway 4 (Rice Lake Road) from Arrowhead Road to 941 feet southeast of Kruger Road, city project no. 1758. This resolution is a requirement for state aid approval of the county’s plans. As part of this project, assessable improvements will be made to adjacent Technology Drive.
