CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that plans for St. Louis County project no. 0037-509059 showing proposed alignments, profiles, grades and cross sections for the improvement of County State Aid Highway 37 (Jean Duluth Road) within the limits of the city of Duluth as a state aid project, have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a county project within the city limits to replace three concrete box culverts on County State Aid Highway 37 (Jean Duluth Road), 0.35 miles south of County State Aid Highway 10 (Martin Road), city project no. 1872:
Amity Creek crossing 2850 feet north of Glenwood Street
Amity Creek crossing 3930 feet north of Glenwood Street
Amity Creek crossing 650 feet south of Pleasant View Avenue
This resolution is a requirement for state aid approval of the county’s plans.
