CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, attached hereto as Attachment 1, with Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Church of Duluth, accepting the grant of a temporary construction easement and a permanent street and utility easement over property adjacent to Fairmont Street, at no cost to the city.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the city to accept a temporary construction easement and permanent street and utility easement with Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Church of Duluth. This agreement is necessary to complete the work for the Fairmont Street bridge reconstruction project, city project no. 0498TR.
