CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Ulland Brothers, Inc. for the Cross City Trail Phase 2 project in the amount of $1,897,100, payable out of Capital Improvement Fund 450, Department/Agency 030 (Finance), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 0595TR, S.P. 118-090-018. Funding sources are Federal funds, DNR funds and local funds.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the Cross City Trail Phase 2 project by Ulland Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $1,897,100. Ulland Brothers was the lowest responsible bidder of the five companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $1,711,284. Payable out of Capital Improvement Fund 450, Department/Agency 030 (Finance), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 0595TR, S.P. 118-090-018.
