CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to amend agreement L30203 with Toole Design Group, LLC, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, to include final design services in the amount of $12,920 for the temporary relocation of the Cross City Trail for a total amount not to exceed $81,640, with $40,000 payable from Fund 205-130-1220-5319 (Parks Fund; Community Resources; Parks Capital: Other Professional Services), and $29,720 payable from Fund 411-035-5531 Project PI2019-1596 (Permanent Improvement; Capital Project Accounts; Improvements Other than Buildings), Cross City Temporary Bike Trail, city project no. 1596.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes amendment no. 2 to agreement L30203 with Toole Design Group, LLC to include final design services for the temporary relocation of the Cross City Trail for a total amount not to exceed $81,640.
This amendment will authorize the design engineering work required to relocate and install a new signal in the northeast quadrant of the intersection. This relocation will provide a secondary or back-up route for the oversize or overweight loads exiting the port.
Funding for this additional engineering will be reimbursed by Municipal State Aid funds.
