RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO DULUTH BALLET, INC.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Duluth Ballet, Inc., (Minnesota Ballet’s Celebrity Dance Challenge Fundraiser), Marshall School Fregeau Auditorium, for February 13, 2020, with Kelli Latuska, Executive Director
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application for this temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their February meeting.
