CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to amend agreement L30054 with CR-Building Performance Specialists, Inc., substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, for additional facility asset management software maintenance for an increase of $100,000 and a new total amount not to exceed $239,450 payable as follows:

$75,000.00 205-130-1220-5310-CM205-MISCPK-ASSET (parks fund, community resources, parks & rec - capital, contract services, CM205-MISCPK-ASSET)

$25,000.00 110-121-1222-5310 (general fund, public administration, facilities management, contract services)

$64,450.00 110-121-1222-5414 (general fund, public administration, property & facility maintenance, software licenses and maintenance)

$75,000.00 205-130-1220-5441- CM205-assets (parks fund, community resources, parks & rec - capital, asset management)


Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the final renewal of agreement L30054 with CR-Building Performance Specialists, Inc. for an increase of $100,000 and a new total amount not to exceed $239,450 to continue facility asset management software maintenance.

The original agreement was for a period of one year with two-optional renewals to implement a facility asset management program. This final renewal is intended to expand, update and refine our Facility Asset Management and Capital Planning system and related tracking and reporting tools. This year's efforts will be divided between CIP Facilities (1/3) and assets tied to Parks Capital funding (2/3). CR-BPS is the creator of our asset management system and support provider.
