RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCLUDED BINGO PERMIT TO SAINT LAWRENCE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL #6783.

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the excluded bingo event at the Saint Lawrence Church on March 29, 2020 at 2410 Morris Thomas Road, Duluth as provided in Attachment A.

                     BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that the city clerk, or the city clerk’s designee, is hereby authorized to execute the required approval on behalf of the city.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of the Saint Lawrence Knights of Columbus for an excluded bingo event on March 29^th.
