CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the city council approves settlement of the matter of Lakehead Boat Basin, Inc., et al. v. City of Duluth, venued in the Minnesota district court, sixth judicial district court, file no. 69DU-CV-19-871, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Settlement Agreement substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes city officials to implement the Settlement Agreement in Lakehead Boat Basin, Inc., et al. v. City of Duluth. City administration and the city attorney recommend approval of this settlement agreement.
