RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY EXPANSION OF THE ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE OF VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor licenses, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:
Ursa Minor Brewing, 2415 West Superior Street, for March 29, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, as set forth on Attachment A.
AVI, LLC (Boat Club Restaurant), 600 East Superior Street, for March 27, 2020, serving from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., as set forth on Attachment B.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications by the licensees listed for a temporary expansion of their on sale intoxicating liquor license have been reviewed by the police department and approval is requested.
