CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement in the form substantially attached as Exhibit A with RW Fern Associates, Inc. for City Hall fourth and ground floor renovation design for an amount not to exceed $137,300.00, payable from funds:

$130,150.00 450-030-5520-CP2020-2002B (capital improvements; finance; buildings and structures; 2020 capital improvement projects; city hall)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement, substantially in the format attached as Exhibit A, for City Hall fourth and ground floor renovation design.
Parts of the fourth and ground floors of City Hall are in need of renovations in order to improve security, space usage, aesthetics, and infrastructure. The areas included in this scope are the fourth floor Administration suite and the ground floor Parks & Recreation and Parking suites. RW Fern has completed conceptual space plans for these areas, and through this contract will conduct department review meetings to finalize configurations, prepare construction documents, assist with the bidding phase, and provide construction administration through project completion.
