CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Ulland Brothers, Inc. for the East Superior Street Reconditioning project in the amount of $1,137,592, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no S.P. 118-164-003. The funding sources for the project will be Federal funds ($910,073.60) and Municipal State Aid Streets funds ($227,518.40).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize award of a contract to Ulland Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $1,137,592 for the East Superior Street Reconditioning project. The engineer’s estimate was $1,210,000. Payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1820, requisition no. 20-99324.
