CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license effective upon the agreed upon closing date for the period ending August 31, 2020, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes:
DULUTH SALSA, LLC (Mexico Lindo), 600 East Superior Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Duluth Salsa, LLC for transfer of a liquor license at Mexico Lindo has been reviewed by the police department and approval is requested.
