CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, with LHB, Inc. for additional engineering services for the Superior Street Reconstruction project, for an increase of $75,000, and a new total amount of $2,575,297.00 payable from 411-035-5530, PI2013-923 (permanent improvement, capital projects accounts, improvements other than buildings; permanent improvement projects, Superior Street reconstruction).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to agreement C22759 with LHB, Inc. for additional engineering services for the Superior Street reconstruction project.
This increase is necessary to provide anticipated construction engineering assistance during phase 3 of the project. The previous amendment was used for field survey support, structural engineering support, and design support for phases 1 and 2 of the Superior Street reconstruction project.
