RESOLUTION APPOINTING REBECCA ST. GEORGE AS CITY ATTORNEY.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter IV, Section 26 of the Duluth Home Rule Charter, the mayor shall appoint the city attorney, subject to confirmation by the city council by a simple majority vote.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that Rebecca St. George is appointed to the position of city attorney.
