CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of sales and property taxes:

                                          Arrowhead Hospitality Partners, LLC (Duluth Grill), 118 S. 27^th Ave. W.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of Arrowhead Hospitality Partners, LLC for transfer of a liquor license for Duluth Grill has been reviewed by the police department and approval is requested.
