CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A between the city of Duluth and the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for sanitary sewer and water main improvements to portions of 19th Avenue West, 20th Avenue West, 21st Avenue West, 22nd Avenue West, 24th Avenue West, West Michigan Street, West Superior Street, West First Street and Piedmont Avenue adjacent to the interchange of I-35 and US 53 within the city limits under state project 6982-322 (city project nos. 1825 and 1831) at no cost to the city.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: MnDOT will be performing sanitary sewer and water main improvements to portions of 19th Avenue West, 20th Avenue West, 21st Avenue West, 22nd Avenue West, 24th Avenue West, West Michigan Street, West Superior Street, West First Street and Piedmont Avenue adjacent to the interchange of I-35 and US 53. The project will be 100% funded by MnDOT.
