RESOLVED, that the appointment of Tyrone Walker, by Mayor Larson, to the Seaway Port Authority of Duluth, for a term expiring October 10, 2026 is hereby confirmed.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution confirms the appointment of Tyrone Walker to the Seaway Port Authority of Duluth.
