RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR SIDEWALK REPAIRS AT EIGHT CITY LOCATIONS IN 2020.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, levied to defray the assessable portion of the following projects are hereby confirmed and interest for these contracts are set at 1.84 percent for contract 2020008 and 2.68 percent for contract 2020009.
Sidewalk repairs at the following locations:
a. 319 N 48th Ave W
b. 3518 E 3rd St
c. 121 W Redwing St
d. 1910 W Superior St
e. 517 E Oxford St
f. 21 W Oxford St
g. 5202 Colorado St
h. 2305 W Superior St
The total assessable amount of this project (Finance Contracts 2020008 and 2020009 - Fund 440) is $42,964.91.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the assessment of sidewalk repairs done at the request of property owners in 2020; signed agreements are on file in the finance department. Original estimates and final costs are included in assessment roll, attached as Exhibit A.
