CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment to a grant agreement with the Center for Workforce Inclusion, Inc., city contract number 23958, substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A, to accept an additional $109,212 in grant funding and extending the time of performance to June 30, 2021, funds to be deposited into Senior Program Fund 270, Grant Division Agency 031, SCSEP SSAI Federal Organization 6330; matching funds in the amount of $14,070 to be provided through in-kind contributions of local agencies and city supervisory time and/or indirect costs.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to execute an amendment to a grant agreement with the Center for Workforce Inclusion, Inc. The amendment also provides for $109,212 in additional grant funding, with the city and local agencies providing additional matching funds of $14,070 in in-kind contributions, and extends the time of performance to June 30, 2021. With the additional grant funding provided pursuant to the amendment, the total grant amount is $212,085 and the in-kind matching funds provided by the city and local agencies is $28,621.
