RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to accept a donation from Home Depot in the amount of $2,500 in the form of gift cards for the purpose of purchasing tools or supplies for the Duluth Police Department.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to authorize accepting a donation in the amount of $2,500 for the purpose of purchasing tools or supplies for the Duluth Police Department.
