CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the following is the revised list of high priority bridges in the city of Duluth, and that the city intends to replace, rehabilitate or remove these bridges as soon as possible when the funds become available.

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The city of Duluth has reviewed the pertinent data on bridges requiring replacement, rehabilitation or removal. The city has identified those bridges that are a high priority and has previously established a list of those that require replacement, rehabilitation or removal. This resolution revises the list of high priority bridges. In accordance with Minnesota Rule 8810.8200, subpart 2, in order for the city to be eligible for State Bridge Bond funds, the council by resolution shall request of the commissioner authorization to construct or reconstruct specific bridges or remove an abandoned bridge within the municipality and request funding.
