CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to accept ballistic vest reimbursements from the Minnesota department of public safety in an amount not to exceed $17,221.39 to be deposited in Fund 110-160-1610-4220-02 (General Fund Police Department, Administration & Investigation, Minnesota Operating Grants), per the attached Document A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to accept additional money for reimbursement of Police Department ballistic vest purchases in an amount not exceed $17,221.39 from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the reimbursement of Police Department ballistic vest purchases.
