CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Hovland, Inc. for the Cross City Trail Relocation project in the amount of $256,846.36, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no.1596. This work is being done as part of the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s Twin Ports Interchange project, and MnDOT will fully reimburse the city for all costs associated with the Cross City Trail Relocation project per MnDOT Agreement No. 1045951.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the Cross City Trail Relocation project by Hovland, Inc. in the amount of $256,846.36, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1596, requisition no. 21-99000314, with project costs to be fully reimbursed by MnDOT.
