RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES TO VARIOUS APPLICANTS

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of a temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals with any further restrictions and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner, to the following:
Duluth Airshow Wings Foundation (Duluth Airshow), Duluth Airport Authority at 4701 Grinden Drive from June 26-27, 2021 in conjunction with the Duluth Airshow.
Duluth Airshow Wings Foundation (Duluth Oktoberfest), Bayfront Park from September 16-19, 2021 in conjunction with Duluth Oktoberfest.
Grandma’s Marathon, Bayfront Park on June 19, 2021 in conjunction with Grandma’s Marathon.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for this temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed and unanimously recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their May 5, 2021 meeting.
