CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following combination on sale wine and beer licenses, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes:
Muy! Pizza- Minnesota, LLC to Muy! Pizza-Tejas, LLC (Pizza Hut) at 902 Woodland Avenue
Muy! Pizza-Minnesota, LLC to Muy! Pizza-Tejas, LLC (Pizza Hut) at 101 East Central Entrance
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Muy! Pizza-Tejas, LLC for transfer of the liquor licenses of Muy! Pizza-Minnesota, LLC has been reviewed by the Duluth police department, and was unanimously recommended for approval by the alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission at their May 5, 2021, meeting.
