CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following off-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2021, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to the Liquor Control Commissioner:
MK Petroleum, Inc. (Express Stop), 4701 East Superior Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their June meeting and unanimously recommended it for approval.
