CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, which is levied to collect delinquent sewer, water, storm water, and street lights utility fees totaling $12,328.58 payable during the period of January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020, as provided for in Article XI of Chapter 43 of the Duluth City Code, is hereby confirmed.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms assessments totaling $12,328.58 for delinquent sewer, water, storm water, and street lights utility fees owed for the period of January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020.
