CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes:
Historic Union Depot Corporation to the Lake Superior Railroad Museum, 506 West Michigan Street.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of the Lake Superior Railroad Museum for transfer of the liquor license of the Historic Union Depot Corporation has been reviewed by the Duluth police department, and was recommended for approval by the alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission at their August 4, 2021, meeting.
