Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes two contracts to Life House in the amount of $39,017 and $52,500 to provide critical youth services in the central hillside neighborhood. These programs were previously approved as part of the city's 2021 and amended 2019 Annual Action Plan and will allow for the programs to continue. Previously, The Hills Youth and Family Services provided youth programming, but discontinued at the end of June 2021. These funds will allow Life House to continue youth programming at the Washington Center and avoid an interruption in services.
