CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that plans for projects S.A.P. 069-609-047 and 069-637-026 showing proposed alignments, profiles, grades and cross sections for the construction of County State Aid Highway 9 (Woodland Avenue) and County State Aid Highway 37 (Snively Road) within the limits of the city of Duluth as state aid projects have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a county project within the city limits to make road improvements on Woodland Avenue from Arrowhead Road to Snively Road, and on Snively Road from Woodland Avenue to Glenwood Street. This project includes a mill and overlay of Woodland Avenue and Snively Road, to be constructed in 2022. This resolution is a requirement for state aid approval of the county’s plans.
