RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Duluth Running Company (Bridging the Gap Women’s 10 Mile), October 2 at 1026 East Superior Street
Duluth Children’s Museum (A Night at the Brewseum), October 16 at 2125 West Superior Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed and unanimously recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their September 1, 2021 meeting.
