CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to contract with Insight Public Sector for the purchase of a network storage array with five years of maintenance support and professional services in the amount of $236,065.43, payable from 250-015-2021-5580, CE250-E2101 (capital equipment, public administration, capital outlay, lifecycle projects - IT).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the purchase of a lifecycle replacement network storage array with five years of maintenance support and professional services from Insight Public Sector in the amount of $236,065.43
This purchase is to configure, implement, migrate and upgrade new and existing components of the network storage array. This storage array will be the primary electronic data storage for server operating systems, file storage, databases, applications and web pages. The purchase is against Minnesota State Contract 101417, Release C-871(5).
