RESOLUTION EXTENDING DURATION OF ENGER PARK AND LESTER PARK MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ANTARES GOLF, LLC TO YEAR 2022.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a third amendment, substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, to the management agreement with Antares Golf, LLC, formerly known as Billy Casper Golf, LLC, for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Lester Park and Enger Park golf courses.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution approves a one-year contract extension of the current golf course management agreement with Antares Golf that is currently set to expire on December 31, 2021.
