CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that Resolution no. 21-0418R confirming the assessment roll levied to collect delinquent solid waste collection fees owed for the period of March 1, 2020, to June 1, 2021, as provided for in Chapter 24 of the City Charter, is hereby amended by substituting a replacement assessment roll, attached as Exhibit A, reducing the total solid waste collection fees to $214,930.35.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to amend the assessment roll related to delinquent waste collection fees for the period of March 1, 2020, to June 1, 2021. The city finance department received requests from the certifying licensed collector to remove various properties from their delinquent account list. Attached, please find an amended assessment roll as Exhibit A, for which the requested deletions have been made.
